Real estate is not rocket science, in fact in some respects of selling real estate is simple. There is however a big difference between simple and easy. Someone once told me many years ago that skydiving is simple. It's just a matter of falling. Yes it is simple, but it is not easy. Would you skydive without some instruction and training? Not likely. Same with buying and selling your home. Yes the process can be simple. However it is anything but easy - especially in the Calgary Real Estate market we are currently experiencing. It is a Buyer's market which means selling your home requires a great deal of skill and effort.
